A Question Regarding Plan Upgrades

    Hello there!

    I have a question for the community regarding the available plan to upgrade your wordpress site to.

    Suppose if I paid to upgrade my site to say the Premium plan, would I still be able to further upgrade it during the year I paid for the original plan to another plan? Or would I have to wait until the year’s plan I paid for to end before I pay for a different plan?

    I ask this question because I am unable to afford the specific plan I want for at least six months or so, but I can easily afford a lesser plan. If I paid for the lesser plan that I can afford now, would I be able to pay for and thus upgrade my site further when I am able to? Or would I have to wait until the year was done with before I could pay for that other plan?

    – Yes, you can easily upgrade your plan anytime in between the year by paying the difference of the two plans.

    Hi there,

    Just a small correction to the answer above:

    When you upgrade from one plan to another you don’t pay the difference in cost between the plans.

    How much you pay for the more expensive plan will depend on how much time you have left on the original plan you bought. But you can upgrade from one plan to another at any time.

    You can also downgrade from one plan to another, but you’ll need to contact support to help you with that.
