A quick suggestion
-
As some of you may know, I’ve recently moved my blog from wordpress.com, to wordpress. Back when I was on wordpress.com, I was using the email feature. Now, this through me for a loop when I changed the place where the Nameservers pointed too, as I wasn’t entirely sure how MX worked. (Also note that the DNS records are still being stored by Automattic). So, I was thinking it might be a good idea to put up a little notice about needing to change the MX records when you move from wordpress.com, to wordpress.org. I don’t think you need to put up a tutorial on how to do it, just tell the user that it is an issue that he may have to deal with.
Also, I know the forums are generally staffed by volunteers that can’t do anything, but there are support staff that read it too. Also, this issue will no longer bother me, but it may be useful for future users.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
