A reader clicked my subscription button and now gets 4 emails every time I post.

  A reader has commented to me like 3 different times that they clicked the button to follow my blog and I guess they must have clicked it a few times because now they are receiving 4 e-mails every time I create a new post… How can I help them?

  There will be an Unsubscribe link in the emails that they can use to remove the subscriptions.
