  Which upgrade did you purchase?

  We need details please.
  1. What is the domain URL?
  2. What is the underlying .wordpress.com URL?
  3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?
  4. When was the upgrade purchased?

  The indivdual helping us do setup was GTBowden

  Hello there-
  It appears the user you mentioned that helped you setup the site is the owner of the account, so they likely received the email receipt for your payment. Could you contact them for a copy of the email?
