  I am working with netregistry support to try to fix my website and email issues. Gerhard is trying to find the A record with an IP address? Please help me urgently, I have sent so many requests and no body is responding this is nearly a week I have been having problems…… Pleeeeese help!

  Gerhard: did WordPress give you an A record with an IP address? i cant seem to find any A records on the message you just sent..

  Hi bolgartwa,

  An A record specifies a single IP address. WordPress.com blogs don’t have a single IP address; they run on many servers at once, and have many IP addresses

  To add an existing domain to your blog you’ll need to add domain mapping and update the DNS, or map a subdomain and add a CNAME record.
