  I need the A record information to use my current nameservers. Is there any way of talking to tech support with this company? This is my third attempt at getting info and it seems to be going into a black hole.

  That should send you straight to chat-based support with the site I see on your account.

  Personally: I’d recommend using our name servers. You can modify DNS settings here as you’d like: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/custom-dns/

  And I am not positive whether A records alone would work in your case, but if so, here’s how I found the current IPs:

  dig a thomashealth.org @ns1.wordpress.com

  I got 192.0.78.228 and 192.0.78.173 if you want to try those. I do recommend contacting support for the Business Plan directly, as they’ll know better.
