  I was told by customer service at my hosting company that wordpress can update the A record for me as i’m unable to access my site to manage it… who could i contact to speak to about this? I’m fairly new to this so i’m slightly puzzled, appreciate any feedback:)

  Can I ask for some additional information about what you are trying to do? clementinebay.com seems to be a domain registered with BlueHost that has WordPress.com nameservers. Are you wanting to point that domain to a site hosted here on WordPress.com? Or do you need to set the nameservers to point to a site hosted at another host (BlueHost perhaps)?
