When you map with an IP, that is not static IPs, they change over time, and when that happens your site will break, Why don’t you use WordPress.com name servers.
ns1.wordpress.com ns2.wordpress.com ns3.wordpress.comhttps://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/
I am adding modlook tag for staff intervention to provide your IP address.
They are the one who can provide you with an exact solution. Thanks !!!

Hi there,
If you want to map your domain to one of your WordPress.com sites it’s best to use the nameservers @arvindsinghu mentioned. However, if you’re certain you need our IP addresses (A records), here they are:
192.0.78.24
192.0.78.25Please note that those IP addresses might change in the future and if that happens you’ll need to contact us to provide you with the new ones.

Hi there,
Thanks for the information but we do need to manage other DNS records for this domain from our current Domain registrar such as mail etc. So changing the Name server record will not be suitable in this situation. Any other option available?
Thanks

Also note that we do allow you to set custom DNS records for email, subdomain setup, etc, should you point the name servers to us:
