  Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, we are not able to change name servers at this time. While we can’t change those, as an alternative, you can provide us with an A record and CNAME record instead. For those records, we need the host value, type of record, and the value it points to. WordPress can likely provide you with this information.

  It sounds like you’re trying to map a custom domain to your WordPress.com site. For that, you’ll first need to add the subscription:

  https://wordpress.com/support/domains/map-existing-domain/

  After that is done, let us know and we’ll provide you with the correct A records.
