  Good day

  I’m experiencing trouble with understanding the explanations on your Support page, because I am computer-illiterate.

  I’m currently hosting with WordPress. (or that is what I’m told by the IT people in South Africa)
  I need the IP address of my WordPress account in order to “point” this to my “A-records”.
  I have a domain (www.financehelp24.co.za) that I need this to link with somehow.
  Below is my WordPress website:

  Hi Mari,

  At WordPress.com this is called mapping your domain.

  Did you read this tutorial?
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/

  You can even share that link with your IT people and they should be able to understand it.

  It is recommended that you change nameservers instead of the a record since the IP addresses used for WordPress.com servers can change at any time.
