    Hi there,

    Your account doesn’t currently appear to have any sites created with us, nor do you have any domain mapping upgrades to connect a domain. Our A records (and name servers) will only work to point a domain here if you have a domain mapping upgrade active on a WordPress.com-hosted site with a free example.wordpress.com address.

    Can you provide a bit more details on exactly what you’re trying to do, along with the URL of the site and the domain involved?
