A refund

I had planned to use word press to create an online work portfolio, so I had originally purchased the premium but I had changed my mind and canceled the first subscription which I had been billed for anyway. I will not pay again for a site that I don’t use I had filled out a form the first time to cancel my subscription in febuary of 2016 that said my subscription was canceled but I was still billed I would like to recieve that money back since I cancelled the plan and have not used this site since that day. If you can nor give me a refund I understand I wanted to make you aware of this mistake

Hi,
From looking at your account I can see a plan was cancelled this month and refunded on 16-Jan-2017. Since the refund was requested today, you will need to wait a few more days for it to reach you. Refunds usually take about a week to process and show up on your statement.

The previous plan you purchased was set auto renew (the default for all purchases) which is why you were then billed again this month. There is more information about auto renewal here:

I understand. Today however my bank account showed that the $129 taken out of my account, I am wondering when I will get that money back since I canceled my plan. and is it permanently canceled or do I need to do something else to cancel it again?

I don’t see any payments made from your account, so it’s likely to be a delay in your statement being updated — especially as the plan was auto renewed on 12-Jan-2017 (this is the plan you cancelled and were refunded for).

Refunds usually arrive within a week. It was issued on 16-Jan-2017 and a week from then would be 22-Jan-2017. So you can expect to receive your refund around that time.

Yes, the plan is permanently cancelled and there are no upgrades.
