A refund for a premium theme which was purchased from the Theme Foundry?

    I purchased a premium theme from the Theme Foundry on 11/18/2013 for $79.00. The transaction does not appear in my billing history, nor am I able to activate this theme. This purchase was charged to my debit card and I would like a refund or at the very least, a way to activate it. I realize this isn’t through Word Press, however I am not able to contact Theme Foundry. Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Traci West
