A refund has been issued. however the funds has been taken out if the account.

    Hi,

    On the 20th of august I had issued a refund for a auto renewed subscription, This is due to the fact that i had cancelled the subscription before the timed payment, as i had no longer use for that service.

    Since then, the refund has shown to be issued on the PayPal account, however the funds have not been placed back into the account.

    The refund was issued on August 20.

    Since it was made the same day as the purchase, it may have been processed as a reversal, meaning the original charge may have simply been removed.

    It seems to have been processed as a reversal on the PayPal account, however the funds for the subscription have still been taken out of the bank account Directly, should I assume the refund is still being processed for the bank account?

    Yes, and I would reach out to your bank regarding the reversal if you don’t see anything in the next few days. Sometimes, they are able to see pending transactions that you do not see on your end. If you do reach out to them, let us know what you find out.
