A reserved site?

I wanted to create a blog dipolar.wordpress.com, but it says this name is “Reserved”. Is there any chance I can use that name? Or have may I find out if the person who reserved it is still interested in keeping it reserved?

When we register a username account the matching blog is reserved for our future use. It cannot be obtained by anyone other than the person who has registered the matching username account.
https://en.forums.wordpress.com/profile/mywealthjournalIf and only if you have that username account then the blog is reserved for you and you will be able to log in appropriately and register it after logging in under the correct username account.
