A Section/Block is not showing up on the editor

  I’m helping a client figure out editing his website. When we reviewed this page to edit, the section encircled in red was not showing up on the editor. There is no block for it nor is it a sidebar. Do you have any insights on where it could be/where I could find it?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
