A simple homepage

I just want a theme or way of making a theme in which I can make a background, a logo which is centered, and a search bar under the centered logo. Also, I want a darker transparent background for the centered logo and search bar. I want this to be how my homepage looks. I also need a search bar that searches only throughout my wordpress rather than random google searches. It would be amazing if I can have a drop down search as we type like Facebook does. How would I go about doing something of this sort? I couldn’t find any themes that would work for this idea. The closest themes to this would be those of “under construction themes”

You can’t “make a theme” at WordPress.com. We only have the prefab 110 or so themes on your Dashboard.

And what you are wanting to do for the home page is SERIOUSLY bad for SEO. Search engines would have absolutely nothing to grab onto on your main page if you did that. Page rank for your site would suffer immensely.
Just sayin’…
