A Site Is Using My Company Name

Someone is using my company name and description and posting articles that are not relevant to my business. The site is https://hencoplumbingcompanywa.wordpress.com/. I own a plumbing contractor business, but the articles that are posted are off topic and discuss search engine and website marketing.
I cannot login to this site, because I do not own it. I read the instructions on reporting abuse, but cannot find how to open the page to make a report. I would appreciate some help with this matter. My company WordPress site is https://hencoplumbingservices.wordpress.com/ and all the articles on the site are related to home and commercial plumbing services.

WordPress.com Terms of Service Staff have authority to act only when copyright infringement on a site hosted by wordpress.com is in evidence and has been reported to them by way of a DMCA notice. https://en.support.wordpress.com/our-dmca-process/
Complaints like this one are not dealt with here on the public support forums. Only Terms of Service Staff have authority in such cases and their authority applies to blogs hosted by WordPress.COM, not to any others.

@hencoplumbingcompany we recommend reporting the blog. If you know the person who created the site (perhaps a company you’ve worked with) I would ask them to take it down or change the name first, and if that doesn’t work, report the site as @timethief suggested.
We aren’t able to discuss legal matters further than that in a public forum, so we’ll close this thread.
