  are there places to report a site that has what they call a wall of shame?
  the get you to come to their site and if they think they know you from some other site they put your IP there on their blog for the world to see, actually my tower that the signal comes from is mapped out.
  I would think that could be some violation of your TOS?

  That web site is not hosted at WordPress.com.

  In general, posting IP addresses is not a violation of the ToS. Posting someone’s IP address and encouraging people to do something bad with it probably is, but an IP address is just an IP address.
