A spammer's account (request to block it)

Hi,
I work with another Free software community on a special map which publishes about places where the Free software are used (schools using GNU/Linux, Towns, and so on…). We have a villain spammer polluting our entries, which happens to have the site hosted here at wordpress.com.

Complaints like this one are not dealt with here on the public support forums. Only Terms of Service Staff have authority in such cases and their authority applies to blogs hosted by WordPress.COM, not to any others.
