a “sticky” post inside tags

  I’m trying to “sticky” a post of similar tag so that when that particular tag is clicked, all post related to that tag would appear chronolgically but there’s one “stiky” post on top of all other post with that tag.

  Does this make sense? I hope my ecplanation is clear. Can any one point me to the right direction.

  The software allows us to create stick posts but not “sticky” tags.

  typo above ^ “stick posts” was meant to be “sticky posts”
