A Subpoena and a Transferred Website

    Here’s a Question:

    If a WordPress.com website is transferred to another WordPress.com Account….
    See: Transfering a Site

    Then a valid subpoena is issued for the ALL of the personally-identifying information regarding that website…..

    Would Automattic disclose the personally-identifying information of the original owner of the website or new owner it was transferred to… or Both?
