A subscriber is not getting email updates.

    A friend has subscribed to my blog, but they are not getting the email updates. On my subscribers list the emails are shown as ‘not sending’. ,She has checked her settings, but nothing seems to work. I have deleted her and she has resubscribed, but the same problem occurs.

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    According to the guide, https://wordpress.com/support/subscribers

    Not sending: Subscribed, but they have been blocked from receiving emails. They are counted towards the subscriber limit since they have a Reader subscription. They could be blocked from receiving emails for a number of reasons, including an incorrect email address, their email bounced due to a blocked domain, the subscriber paused all email notifications, or the subscriber previously marked new post emails as spam.

    Have them make sure this option is not selected in their wordpress settings found in the “paused all email notifications” link in the quote above.
