A suggestion for mature content

I was wondering if it would be possible to add a mature warning to the blog readers?
I don’t want to get sued by some over zealous extremists organization because I posted a blog that contained swear words and controversial opinions.
I generally write for the 30 something crowd so my content is more mature, and I would like to occasionally post pictures that may expose a nude part of the body as I like to do art photos.
I find the whole “report this blog as mature” mechanism kind of strange.
It feels like I am posting with what I consider mature content to see if I get a random “AH HA!” tag for being mature.
It seems almost sneaky in a way.
If there was a warning that displayed that this blog is for a more mature audience then I wouldn’t have to worry about my neighbors going on a rampage because their child read my haiku with swear words in it.
You understand what I am saying? I just want to protect myself legally with some kind of disclaimer rather than rely on a mysterious sneaky invisible tagging review system.

Oh, and how do I view blogs that have already been tagged as mature just to get an idea what is considered mature. You are probably laughing at that one, but seriously I need to get a baseline idea.
