A theme like thesis or headway on wp.com

Why not allow a theme like Headway or Thesis on wp.com, where the user can modify most aspects of the look without writing any code?
Would take this to the next level I think.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Please post the URL for the blog to which your refer when you post to this forum. You can hire a web host, get a free install from wordpress.com and purchase the Thesis theme for that blog http://diythemes.com/thesis/get-thesis/ or purchase the Headway them for it http://headwaythemes.com/members/signup.php

If you click this link below you will find that wordpress.com Staff have set out the criteria for themes they will consider for adatptation so they can run on this multiuser software. The themes you name do not meet the criteria set.
