A User on my WordPress.com site can’t reset their password

A friend who is a prolific Author on my WordPress.com site is logged out and cannot log back in to post since her computer died and she got a new computer, because she does not remember her password.
She clicks on the ‘Lost my password’ link but no email arrives.
We know her WordPress ID. She doesn’t use WordPress accept to post on my site. She has no site of her own. She only has one email.
Is there anyway we can reset her password?

First, you can help your friend make sure they are checking the correct email, you can verify their email address in your user area, in the classic view https://spokenwordparis.wordpress.com/wp-admin/users.php
Then, she should check the spam folder. If the email to reset password is not there please have her reach out to us via email help@wordpress.com. She must use the email associated with the WordPress.com account.
