A vender of mine gave me an i frame and i cant load

  I have the embedment to add to menu tap under fine jewelry, then sub menu fine jewelry, but it won’t except it. I have three or four other i frames to add so I need to know how to do it not someone do it for me. Please help. It won’t even let me point to another website
