A video I uploaded has said it's being "processed" for the last 12 hours?

  I upladed a video, last night, and while it uploaded and was “crunching” it then said the video is being “processed”. So, I’ve not been able to post it. It’s an avi file, and under the file size limit. Please help.

  I also received no download of the video upgrade option after purchase.

  Can you try uploading this video once more? If it still doesn’t work, would you be able to contact us and include the original .avi file?

  I will try again… If that doesn’t work I doubt my email will allow a 400mb file to be attached though.

  I DID purchase the video uploader add-on, but haven’t seen where it’s been made accessible on my home page.
