  dear sir/madam I am just trying to have this website at wordpress.com but i can’t, because it has been used by a user since 2010 and he didn’t ubdated the website since then.

  As I am an Digital media MA student and I have a project on my principle of digital media core, I have to make a blog on wordpress.com, I would like if you let me register this website and make it free again

  You cannot register a URL that has already been registered.

  There is no expiration date on any on .wordpress.com blog urls unused, reserved or otherwise.

  Note that in these cases the blog’s owner rarely responds to comments or to contact information.

  Moreover, Staff will not breach the privacy policy and provide you with an email address.

  Then if you wish to you can register a domain via a domain mapping upgrade because it does not matter what the underlying .wordpress.com address is when you are domain mapping.
