Actually, yes, you do. You, the commenter, retain copyright on the comment you made. Web hosts keep records of when comments are edited, so you can actually lay a DMCA notice on them, asserting your copyright, and forcing them to take down the altered comment. If it’s really bad, you can sue.
This is little-known, but important.
First of all, we need the URL of the blog that changed your comment.
