The issue is that the WordPress.com user account you are posting from is not the owner or admin of the site you are trying to access. This typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the site. You’ll need to log into THAT user account in order to make any changes.

If you do not have access to that second account, here are a few options:

Beste, ik heb geen transactie-ID of activerings-URL of -sleutel om te bewijzen dat ik eigenaar ben van dit account. Al mijn gegevens stonden online en ben die kwijtgeraakt. Moet ik nu wachten tot de verlenging van mijn abonnement om de procedure terug te starten? Jammer dat er geen andere oplossingen zijn. Groet,

inmiddels heb ik mijn website al wat kunnen aanpassen op mijn werkcomputer ( (email visible only to moderators and staff) )

Nu ik vakantie heb en meer op mijn thuiscomputer werk, wens ik mijn website http://www.bio-protect.org verder te verbeteren.
Jammer genoeg lukt het me niet om hier aan mijn website te werken. Wat op de werkcomputer kan, lukt hier thuis niet.

Unfortunately, I am unable to work on my website here. What is possible on the work computer does not work here at home.

This is because you have two different accounts.

You are logged in as rudyvervaet, and rudyvervaet doesn’t own any sites with us.

On your work computer you are logged in as a different username, and that is the user who owns http://www.bio-protect.org/

If you don’t remember the right username, the account recovery options staff-ozmodiar linked to in his first reply is the only way to gain access again.

You must log in as that username to work on that site.

Enkel mijn website/account rvervaet blijft dan op het net. Is dat de oplossing?

If you don’t plan on using this account for another site at some point, deleting it will definitely prevent you getting confused between the two accounts again, yes. If you want to do this, you can close your account from the page at https://wordpress.com/me/account

Just make sure first that you can log into the rvervaet account – once you delete rudyvervaet you won’t be able to post in this forum any more.

Beste, ik heb de website bio-protect.org aangemaakt op mijn werkcomputer. Het is dan ook op deze computer dat ik aanpassingen kan doen. Op mijn thuiscomputer lukt het voorlopig nog niet om mijn site te bewerken. Hoe kan ik de bewerkingen die ik kan uitvoeren op het werk, naar mijn thuiscomputer overbrengen? Bedankt!
