  Hey there, could you confirm which site you nee help with, @nkmoran ? If the site is hosted here on our servers this account recovery guide may help. You may also be able to log out and log back in with the email address that gets notifications and whatnot.

  Or, for your own copy of WordPress with a different host, ask your host for help with this guide, which has several account recovery options for the free WordPress software.
