ability to add other country URL's

The new Twenty Ten is very nice but isn’t it about time that the theme contained the opportunity for affiliate’s to add other countries’ I.D.’s?
The world is shopping on the Internet but by using a WordPress theme, affiliates can only direct their site to one sales location.”Example, if I build a U.S. site for Amazon, it will not be seen in the same way in Canada, France or Germany and were someone to purchase from one of these I would not receive my commission.
Paid themes are appearing everywhere with the ability to include sites from France, Germany, U.K., Canada etc. WordPress is getting left behind.
