Why did the ability to change fonts suddenly disappear?

  • Unknown's avatar

My current theme is Vigilance – the font has always defaulted to Helvetica & size 13, but I have always simply highlighted my text, pressed ‘show font’ and changed it to Lucinda Grande and size 16 (to match my products font) – last Friday I suddenly ‘lost’ the ability to do this and have had to publish my blogs in a different font – this looks totally unprofessional, but there appears to be nothing I can do. Can you give me any idea why this has happened and how I can fix it. I cannot recall paying for the upgrade to use certain fonts – however have always (well since i started in Jan) been able to do this.
I need to get back to my original font asap – I cannot find the answer in the help section here as it talks about the upgrade – but I have never needed it before – I’m confused – or is it my computer?? I have a mac OS X10. 6.8???
    Thank you in advance

    Hi Ian,

You can change the font that appears in your blog posts by using the following HTML code:
    <span style=”font-family:helvetica;font-size:medium;”></span>
