Ability to create website needed

    I need to create a website where I can enable permissions so that only certain emails can sign up to become members and view the website. Additionally, I need to have an event calendar and map display of the events. Certain members of the site should be allowed to post events on the calendar and map. Is this all possible with wordpress?

    Hello there,

    This is all possible with WordPress.com, and that would require plugins to in order to facilitate that. In order to run plugins the site would need to be on the business plan. https://wordpress.com/pricing/

    WooCommerce and the WooCommerce Memberships would be needed in order to lock down content until a purchase has been made. In terms of events, you may wish to check out The Events Calendar.

    This sounds interesting – do you know what these email addresses are in advanced?

    Also, would be able to tell me more about what this website is for, I could perhaps provide theme suggestions/guidance to help streamline things.
