Ability to reorganization uploaded images

  I love WordPress, but my main complaint is that I cannot reorganize my uploaded images. I like to reuse pictures, but it’s cumbersome to slog through pages and pages of uploaded images in order to find the specific image that I want to use again. I would love to have the ability to create files or folders for uploaded images, and to be able reorganize them into a format that is convenient. Thanks!
