Able theme by Automattic won't tranlsate

  Hi, I test the Able on localhost.
  Translation/localisation with language .po and .mo files will not translate the theme.
  Checked wp-config.php settings, checked translation works with other themes in WordPress 3.7.1 . Is it common quite issue or is it first appearence? Are the any ways to translate the theme with Poedit?

  was curious and checked functions.php in old and newer themes.
  There is difference in functions.php:
  require get_template_directory() . '/inc/jetpack.php';
  changed to:

  if ( file_exists( get_template_directory() . '/inc/jetpack.php' ) )
  	require get_template_directory() . '/inc/jetpack.php';

  Now the theme can see .po and .mo files!
