Able to upload one jpeg, but not another with virtually same specs

    Anybody have an answer?
    Having no problem uploading jpg shot of myself in lab, but cannot upload another shot of cell project, optimized with virtually same specs?
    When trying to upload 2nd jpeg, the upload interface will briefly show an outline of what looks like will be the thumbnail, and then it just becomes a hyperlink to a file that cannot be found. Is this an issue overall, or is there some mystery step I am missing?

    All help really appreciated.

    This is so odd though, when you are at the page the image does come up with a cursor drag over, but I need it on the page itself…?!

    I wrote a response in your other thread (please try to keep your related stuff to just one thread; it saves time).

    Try uploading the image again using a different filename. I always use new filenames when i have image problems, because the wordpress data centers aren’t always in sync (and you therefore don’t always see the most up-to-date info).

    I know someone else had this exact same problem months ago, and i don’t remember how she solved it. If the new filename doesn’t do it, send feedback to staff with all the details.

    Thanks Judy, will keep issues together.
    Now the image that was on my home page has disappeared…
    Will start over with new filenames I guess…

    Unfortunately, it contains no resolution, so try the filenames than contact staff. Sorry i can’t be much more help.
