Abnormal increase in Spam referrers

    Hello,

    Over the last week, I seem to have received an inordinate amount of referrals from random search engines using terms that have absolutely no relationship to my site content. Has something in WordPress changed that could have caused this? Is there any way to prevent this or isolate spam referrers? Could I have clicked on a single referrer link that was a spam referrer and triggered this? There are just so many, like 20 different sites showing up that never have before.
