    Bonjour Airodyssey et merci pour ce lien. J’ai posté la question en anglais car je tchattais avec un anglophone. (Très sec!)

    Voici mon probleme: J’ai souscris a un plan personnel. Je possede déjà un nom de domaine avec hebergement inclut. Je souhaitais “mapper” mon nom de domaine sur le site WordPress. Je tchattais avec un anglophone qui ma litteralement ecrit que je n’etais pas a la bonne place et que je n’avais pas besoin de WordPress si j’avais deja acheté un autre hébergement!!!??? C’etait deja fait!!!

    Le support a finit par m’annuler mon plan personnel disant qu’il allait rembourser mais rien n’a été fait.

    Aucun remboursement n’a été fait jusqu’à lors.

    Je constate que je dois upgrader mon plan pour pouvoir utiliser mon nom de domaine comme addresse du site wordpress. Mais je souhaiterais recevoir le remboursement pour reprendre l’upgrade personnel oubien s’il est possible de me reactiver le compte que j’ai deja payé. (n’ayant rien reçu)

    Hello Airodyssey and thank you for this link. I posted the question in English because I tchattais with an anglophone. (Very dry!)

    Here is my problem: I subscribe to a personal plan. I already own a domain name with hosting includes. I wanted to “map” my domain name on the WordPress site. I tchattais with an anglophone who literally wrote me that I was not in the right place and that I did not need WordPress if I had already bought another hosting !!! ??? It was already done !!!

    The support ended up canceling my personal plan saying it would pay off but nothing was done.

    No refunds were made until then.

    I note that I have to upgrade my plan to be able to use my domain name as address of the wordpress site. But I would like to receive the refund to resume the personal upgrade or if it is possible to reactivate the account I have already paid. (Having received nothing)

    Someone please regarding the steps to follow

    Hi @highventuresco, sorry about that. You were due a full refund and I’m not sure why it didn’t go through. I’ve refunded your account and you should see that in the next several business days.

    For what it’s worth, if you are hosting your own site elsewhere, you don’t need upgrades through us.

    If you want to host the site here, you would need a plan to add the domain.

    Many thanks for your help – I received the confirmation via email for the refund.

    Now I’d like to give some details: I would like to use WordPress, I’ve been working with it since long and it’s the best I could use. I had to buy a domain name ending like .co.com and I just want to point that domain name on the WordPress site. Just like I already did previously.

    So if I understand, I need to get back the plan and then link them or is there another link like before (13€ to mapp a domain name) ???

    Please, where can I find the DNS servers ??? to be able to change them for the mapping of a domain on wordpress? where can I find this ?

    Hi there,

    I’ve used once the mapping between a WordPress website and a domain name in another hoster (ovh)

    I cannot find anymore the link to pay the mapping (11Euros or 13Euros it was) I cannot find it back.

    Anyone please ?

    Hi @highventuresco, my apologies; I’m not sure why I didn’t see these replies. I do see you’ve got WordPress.com personal now, though.

    Mapping comes with the plan, so no need to purchase it again. You would just use these nameservers now with your domain, through your domain provider:

    ns1.wordpress.com
    ns2.wordpress.com
    ns3.wordpress.com
