abonneren lukt meestal niet

Hoi allemaal,
ik worstel nog steeds met het probleem dat als iemand zich abonneert op het (vakantiereis) blog dit maar af en toe doorkomt bij WP als volger, dus krijgen ze ook geen mailtjes….
Of moet iedereen verplicht ook nog een account aanmaken? Dat gaat bij een hoop digibeten en ouderen niet werken.
Ik (74) word er een beetje moedeloos van😢

Hi everyone,
I’m still struggling with the problem that if someone subscribes to the (holiday travel) blog, this only occasionally gets through to WP as a follower, so they don’t get emails either….
Or is everyone required to create an account as well? That will not work for a lot of digital people and the elderly.
It makes me (74) a bit despondent😢 hannieton

Hi! People can subscribe if they don’t have an account with us. They just need to confirm the subscription by email.
If you’ve got someone who is subscribed and confirmed, but not receiving emails, can you let us know the address? If you’ll type it here, we’ll redact it so only staff can see it.
