Hi Sergio –
I’m happy to help you figure this out. First, please share the domain URL that you need help with.

Hello Liz, thank you for replying to me,
the URL is:
communeproject.com
we bought the domain in WordPress but is hosted by Dreamhost,
thank you very much!
Best regards! -
Thanks for sharing that information!
communeproject.com expired back in July and was recently removed from the account.
Domain expiration is a lengthy and complicated process that takes about 80 days. During this time, your domain may be put up for auction or sold on back-order.
To move forward with recovering this domain, I’ll need you to get in touch from the account that owns it. That is a different user account than the one you’ve contacted us from here.
You can learn more about domain expiration here:
The good news is that we may still be able to recover your domain if it has not yet been deleted or purchased by someone else.
A late renewal fee of $80 will be added to the regular price of renewal. This fee is charged by the domain registry and is not one that we can waive. The grand total will be $106 ($26 for the domain registration + $80 redemption fee).
If we are unable to recover your domain, your payment will be refunded. If you do not wish to pay the $80 fee, you may let the domain expiration process continue and attempt to register the domain again at the regular price, once it has completely expired.
Please note that someone else may purchase the domain first, in which case you will be unable to register it again, but if you prefer this option, just let us know and we’ll be happy to provide you further instructions.

Good afternoon,
thank you very much for your explanation, we will decide what is the next step for,
have a great day!
