About a refund

    Hi, I need to get a refund because of the uneasiness of using WordPress. It´s only been 2-3 days since I purchased and I was never really able to use it. I was able to retrieve 74$ but I didn´t get full (85$). I´d imagine it´s because of the domain mapping or something? I think I saw that I could still get a refund if I contact you from the support team.
    I´d appreciate the help as what I paid for came to no use because I do not have enough knowledge of creating a website.

    Hi shinadaizotov,

    I think I saw that I could still get a refund if I contact you from the support team.

    I’ve just refunded the remaining £11 and you can view a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History:

    https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

    The refund should reach you in 7-14 business days, although international refunds (outside the US) can take a little longer.

    I need to get a refund because of the uneasiness of using WordPress.

    Would you mind sharing what you found difficult to use? The feedback would be useful for us :)

    Thank you Gemma! It is my problem for not having any background for IT, using just the CSS on wordpress.com just to make few adjustments wasted my time in doing research.
