About accidental renewl of my account

I have no knowledge that there is an automatic renewl of your service. And the credi card has taken charge of the last month’s expense. I have not been using the service. Is it possible for me to refund my last charge? Thanks.

I have processed the refund for 860HK$. The domain portion of the renewal is no longer eligible for a refund as that has to be cancelled with in 24 hours of renewal. I hope this helps. Those funds should reach you in about ten days.
