About adding weight at homepage.

  I want to add ‘search’ , ‘archive’ & ‘recent posts’ weight in my homepage(‘Home’ is my homepage)( my homepage is static).

  I have selected the three weights from the customizer. The weights have been added in the other pages(‘activity’ & ‘about’) but I can’t add them on my homepage. How to add them in sidebar (not at footer) of my homepage?

  I want these weights on my homepage only, not on other pages.

  Hello tamjid23,

  Thanks for reaching out to us! I’m happy to try and see if I can help you out. First of all,

  1. Once you’re in Customizer and you have selected a widget, please be sure to click on Visibility on the bottom right corner.
  2. This will give you the option of Showing your widget only on a specific page or post area.
  3. Once you have selected your conditions, don’t forget to click Done and then all you have to do is Publish it.

  Oh and by the way, if you want to make sure the widgets show up in the sidebar rather than the footer, please be sure to select the Sidebar option after you hit the Widgets category in Customizer! :)
