  Hello.
  I’m trying to convert my WordPress.com blog to installable. I received an offer to transfer from the host site I joined.
  But they say they need a database and backup file of my blog. I know I can set it up and export it, but I heard that there are frequent errors.
  So I want to know if WordPress can let me download the backup files and databases for my blog.
  I’ll be waiting for the reply.

  On which site did you want to download the database and backup files on? This is something that would be available on the Business or Commerce Plans.

  If you want to import and export files for a site that is either on the free, Personal, or Premium Plans, you can use these methods:

  Were you looking to copy your site over to WordPress.com? If so, you can do that with at least a Business Plan:
