About backup for the archive.

I am running a test of your platform for my company, and we are considering to upgrade the account to the enterprise level. We want to know that whether do you provide backup function for the media archive. I have noticed that there is the “export” and “import” to save the posts, pages, comments, custom fields, terms, navigation menus and custom posts. But no backup for archive even the enterprise level right? Thank you very much.

I don’t know all the details of enterprise-level service myself, but it sounds likely. :) I’ve tagged this thread so that staff can answer with more certainty.

Are you asking about backups that are sent to you?
WordPress.COM (which covers the VIP program) is hosted on three massive server farms, that keeps three copies of any site live all the time, they then backup entire sites on a regular basis, sorry I don’t know the exact schedule for the full backups & any incremental backups
