About bar at the top

I deleted the ‘About’, ‘Film’, ‘Event’, and ‘Home’ tabs from the theme I chose before I launched the site. However, when i visited the site I found that they were still there and accessible. But the content on them was about birds, which was the theme (not mine). How can I get rid of this?

Hi,
I deleted the ‘About’, ‘Film’, ‘Event’, and ‘Home’ tabs
Can you please describe the steps you took in your attempt to remove these menu items? -
Answering Musicdoc1’s question would help us a lot in getting you pointed in the right direction.

There are three different ways to remove a menu item described in the Delete a Menu support page. The removal of a menu tem may be accomplished at the following locations:
- in the Site Editor, at Appearance → Editor, by editing the Navigation block
- in WP-Admin, at Appearance → Menus
- in the Customizer, at Appearance → Customize → Menus
