    hi, i want to purchase a plan and I am confuse between business plan vs e-commerce plan. my query is, are plugins like woocommerce addon, pre-order free with business plan or I have to pay extra for them? Secondly are these plugins free with commerce plan?

    Generally, the Business plan opens the possibility of installing plugins and third-party themes, and also WooCommerce extensions. Some of these tools are created by us WordPress.com or WooCommerce but most of them are created by third-party companies. All of them can be free or paid. You will want to check that with their creators.

    The WooCommerce plugin is included in the Business plan. However, I am not sure which tool you mean by “pre-order free”. Could you share a link to that tool?

    Regarding the eCommerce plan, it gives you additional tools that some stores need but not all of them. You can view those features here: https://wordpress.com/support/plan-features/ecommerce-plan/

    You can also upgrade from Business to eCommerce anytime.
