    IF I UPGRADE MY WORDPRESS,CANNOT PAY INSTALLMENT??MUST PAY ONE YEARS AND COLLECTION BY WORDPRESS??AFTER THREE MONTH CANCEL WILL REFUND OTHER NINE MONTH MONEY BACK??MEANS ANY MONTH WORDPRESS WILL DEDUCTION THE MONEY EVERY MONTH???WHEN CANCEL NO ANY CHARGE??

    All paid WordPress.COM plans are billed annually, meaning you have to pay the entire total amount upfront at the time of the purchase.

    Currently, there are no monthly payment options.

    However, if you do not like the plan you have upgraded to you can cancel it within 30 days of use and receive a full refund against it.

    WordPress.COM has a 30-day refund policy on all their paid plans, except for Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours. The refund period for Guided Transfers ends 30 days after purchase or as soon as your site has been moved, whichever comes first.

    You can still cancel your plans after 30-days but you wont we refunded for your cancellation so it is suggested that you stay on the plan and let it expire.

    NOTE:

    You will be refunded to the same payment method you used for your purchase. After processing, refunds usually take about a week to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it may take 5-7 business days to appear on your online bank account or in 1-2 billing statements.
